Having finally arrived at Dubai it is safe to say that I am not looking forward to the return trip home.

Beginning at 8am Melbourne time – I didn’t get into my hostel till 8am Melbourne time the following morning. That is 24hours spent in airports and planes – which normally excites me but this was more than my body could take!

9hours from Melbourne to Guangzhou.
A 4hour layover in China.
Then another 9hours from Guangzhou to Dubai.
Where it took another 2hours to get out of the airport and to my hostel.

The food on China Southern was awful plane food – which didn’t do me any good. So I made my way through on a diet of 67% dark chocolate and gummy bears.

I haven’t got much to add at this point, I am excited to put my head down and get some sleep though!

So till tomorrow friends xx
